Gail really knows her stuff and watches out for her clients interests way above and beyond what most people would do! I first met Gail thru a friend when I was looking for a new home in CDA. She handled everything for me and the sale went smoothly. After escrow closed, but before I could move in, my once dream home was flooded and became uninhabitable. After a year of fighting the insurance co. my case was settled. I had been in contact with Gail throughout the who insurance co. scam/ordeal. Gail was right by my side with support the whole way. I usually don’t write reviews. However Gail was amazing in helping me find my home in CDA and negotiating with the sellers. She knows the market and guides you. She is honest and goes above and beyond for you. I trusted Gail so much I never saw the home I bought, other than the internet, until it closed. I was in California the entire time from offer to close. She took care of everything during the escrow period and kept me informed. It was effortless for me. Gail went over the home inspection with me and demanded items fixed from the seller. Some of the smaller items the seller refused to fix and Gail negotiated a reduction in the contract price. It is now a year later. I am sitting in my beautiful CDA home and could not be happier. I not only have a beautiful home in the best location but made a very wise investment.
