Wednesday Farmers’ Market, Wed. May 1 from 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm. Details: The Kootenai County Farmers’ Market has been providing the communities of North Idaho with fresh, locally-grown produce for decades. Running from May through October, the markets specialize in vegetable, flower, and native plants and an ever changing array of local food products (meats, cheeses, bread, honey, and jams) all season long. Listen to the live music and peruse the more than 100 producers and artisans who make up the two markets. Location: Fifth St. & Sherman Ave, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Price: Free entry.

29th Anniversary Car d’Alene, Fri. June 14th through Sun. June 16th. Details: Hosting vehicles from 1980 and older, classic cars from throughout the Northwest will take over Downtown Coeur d’Alene. Friday evening is a parade of classics with the cars cruising by, shooting flames, and sounding their horns. The rest of the event is all for viewing and appreciating the cars and meeting the owners. 2019 Half-IRONMAN Triathlon, Sun. June 30. Details: The popular Ironman 70.3 triathlon competition takes place throughout the Coeur d’Alene area. Community volunteers and spectators are drawn to the course streets to help and cheer on the athletes. The 2019 IRONMAN 70.3 Coeur d’Alene will offer 40 qualifying slots to the 2019 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Nice, France.
